I am temporarily disabled and very much needed help moving. From the first phone call to the last box, this company is excellent. Good communication, customer service, and pricing! Miguel and Hector did such a good job moving all of my belongings in an efficient and careful manner. I seriously could not have done this move without them. Thank you!

Carlos and Jose from Redefyne Moving were on time and worked tirelessly until the move got done on time as contracted. They were diligent and careful in moving fragile packages. It was easy to communicate with the leader, Carlos. Thank you, Carlos and Jose. You made my day and my life a lot simpler now.

I can’t say enough about the excellent job Redefyne Moving did for us! We have made 5 long distance moves in the past. This was the first time we have done a relatively local move. Our movers—Miguel, Hector, and Tyler—were the best and most careful guys we have ever had. Plus they were incredibly professional and genuinely friendly. They worked extremely hard for at least 12 hours and packed every item as if it had to survive a long distance trip. We had virtually no damage at all. And, with the one single piece of damage, the guys told us about right away. I don’t think we will be moving again in the future, but we highly recommend Redefyne for your moving needs.

We had Tyler and Richard come and help us for an internal move today, and it was a huge relief and blessing to have them come! Our space is very small, but we needed to move all of our big furniture to make space for a nursery. Since it is a small space with lots of stuff, we were definitely afraid that it might be too much of an ask. But Tyler and Richard evaluated, told us what we could do to make it easier, and then went to work. They were able to break down (and put back together) furniture pieces to make the move possible, worked quickly and efficiently, and were kind and empathetic to our situation. Bonus: They were also really friendly with our 1 year old puppy who was very curious about what all was happening. Very much recommend Redefyne and Tyler and Richard! Made a mole hill out of a mountain, and couldnt be more grateful!

Redefyne finished in under their estimate time, which I really was hoping for. The guys arrived early and were nice and had generally good energy. The add on cost for packaging of mattresses and shrink wrapping was reasonable. Would use again for sure.

Sam and Tyler helped me unpack and move in 3 Relocubes and they were both very efficient and friendly. They handled my property with respect and got the job done within the estimated time frame. I appreciated the fact that the company sent over the estimate, paperwork and confirmed the move prior to the appointment date/time. They were very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Redefyne Moving. We had a long distance move from Oregon to California and had no issues throughout the whole process. Miguel, Juan Carlo, Hector and Jose worked extremely hard to get the job done on time but with total care for belongings. I would use Redefyne again and would recommend them to anyone.

The movers were the best I've encountered, and we had a different moving company out 2 weeks prior for a different set items.My job had a donation of ten (10) floor to celling mirrors donated to us, we needed to hire a moving crew. Bailey in the office worked out all the details and answered every question in detail with efficiency. When Hector and Juan showed up, they helped us clear enough space to get the mirrors settle all over the building. I really appreciated the collaborative way they worked with us and each other. They moved those mirrors with such intention, focus, and care that I wasn't worried about any damage to our items or space. They followed all my detailed instructions with no issues. I would hire them again with out question and will share with ANYONE who is moving to use this company.

While this was a small move, this company was perfect from the start! Aaron contacted me immediately - he was professional, listened carefully to my needs, and was extremely helpful in selecting the correct service. Communication was clear - included phone calls, text and emails. They were prompt on the day of the move and carefully wrapped my items. I was extremely pleased, would hire them again - so much better than having my Dad move my stuff!! Thanks so much!

Second move with Redefyne in less than three months. This one a short in town move. Of course parking and accomodating a 26 foot moving truck in Portland, getting parking permits adds to the stress of it all. Aaron was so kind to let me borrow some A-frame signs prior to the move day to get things set up, helped me on that end.The move itself flawless. We had the same crew as our big interstate move and they worked their butts off. Efficient, helpful, careful and all around great guys. Also, back of the house Dylan a pleasure to work. While I don't have any moves planned for the future, Redefyne Moving and Storage is on my speed dial. I highly recommend the entire team..

I hired Redefyne Moving for an office move at Big Brothers Big Sisters CNW. We needed to clear space in a second suite in our building and had 2 weeks to coordinate with a crew and our property management. Aaron and Dylan at Redefyne were great communicators, walked us through the contract and estimate, and made the admin side of things very easy. Even with a hiccup in the schedule, they were super proactive in rescheduling the crew to get it done quickly and on the same day as planned.One of the most helpful things we did was share an exact inventory and submitted photos of everything that we needed moved, so there were no surprises at the end of the day (except it was done quicker than we expected)! The crew on-site were great, professional, and fun to work with. We will absolutely work with them again on upcoming moves.

Excellent communication, excellent pricing — the next least expensive bid I received was nearly double the price. The guys who packed my house were efficient and hard-working. Moved an entire house and only thing broken was one bowl, which I believe already had a crack in it. I’d recommend this outfit in a heartbeat.

This was our second move with Redefyne Moving and all I can say is WOW! Tyler and his team were amazing. They were fast, efficient, and took excellent care of our furniture and household goods.
