Second move with Redefyne in less than three months. This one a short in town move. Of course parking and accomodating a 26 foot moving truck in Portland, getting parking permits adds to the stress of it all. Aaron was so kind to let me borrow some A-frame signs prior to the move day to get things set up, helped me on that end.The move itself flawless. We had the same crew as our big interstate move and they worked their butts off. Efficient, helpful, careful and all around great guys. Also, back of the house Dylan a pleasure to work. While I don't have any moves planned for the future, Redefyne Moving and Storage is on my speed dial. I highly recommend the entire team..

Redefyne were amazing from start to finish. Aaron was clear on the quote. Very professional. And the moving guys were the best. Super hard working and diligent and made sure our possessions were handled with the utmost care.Super quick and efficient. Their customer service team was also super communicative. I would highly recommend them for your move.

I hired Redefyne Moving for an office move at Big Brothers Big Sisters CNW. We needed to clear space in a second suite in our building and had 2 weeks to coordinate with a crew and our property management. Aaron and Dylan at Redefyne were great communicators, walked us through the contract and estimate, and made the admin side of things very easy. Even with a hiccup in the schedule, they were super proactive in rescheduling the crew to get it done quickly and on the same day as planned.One of the most helpful things we did was share an exact inventory and submitted photos of everything that we needed moved, so there were no surprises at the end of the day (except it was done quicker than we expected)! The crew on-site were great, professional, and fun to work with. We will absolutely work with them again on upcoming moves.

Excellent communication, excellent pricing — the next least expensive bid I received was nearly double the price. The guys who packed my house were efficient and hard-working. Moved an entire house and only thing broken was one bowl, which I believe already had a crack in it. I’d recommend this outfit in a heartbeat.

The estimate from the initial quote was spot on, they came prepared and ready to work. The team at Redefyne took great care in treating our things like they were moving their own homes and were efficient and hard working. Even after a long, tiring day, the team still had wonderful attitudes and did not waver in their work. I would use them again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend them enough. This was our second move with Redefyne Moving and all I can say is WOW! Tyler and his team were amazing. They were fast, efficient, and took excellent care of our furniture and household goods. I especially appreciated the communication throughout the process. Redefyne also uses technology that allowed Aaron our move estimator to provide me an estimate on the spot. Redefyne is the best!

We used Redefyne movers after being recommended by a family member and they delivered!! They were everything you could want in a moving company. Good communication, great service, and VERY hard workers! They got job done!! I would 100% use them in the future. I highly recommend Redefyne!!

Redefyne continues to be absolutely superb!! They do exactly what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. Hector and Richard most recently moved me out of my Redefyne storage unit and into my Portland condo super fast, super smoothly and so personably. Hope to not move again for a bit, but would definitely use them again! Oh, and they probably placed a couple of pieces of my furniture in better places than I would have. I will miss ultra-knowledgeable Andrew, ultra-friendly Bailey, and all who opened up my storage unit whenever I needed. ❤️

I had an excellent experience with everyone I dealt with at Redefyne Moving and Storage. This was a small job collecting and delivering an assortment of furniture to my new home in Portland. In the office, Baily was conscientious about helping me get it all sorted and scheduled. On the day of the move, Miguel and Hector made multiple stops and were careful packing and unpacking on delivery.

As someone with back issues and unable to lift heavy items, I'm so grateful to have found Redefyne for my move. They arrived on time, helped disassemble some of my furniture, handled everything with care, and maintained great communication throughout.Will definitely keep them in mind for any future move and will sure recommend them to others.

My family has used Redefyne for multiple storage needs and moves - they are our go-to guys! Today Hector, Casey & Richie moved a dining room table & chairs for me and they were on-time, efficient and so helpful to get the room set up! Communication was fantastic throughout the process and they handled everything with a lot of care & attention.

I have used this company on a prior move, but it has been 9 years. I’m happy to say that they still are speedy, do a great job packing and loading the truck, and are friendly as well. Highly recommended.

This crew was fast and extremely careful of our furniture and boxes. They did an outstanding job of keeping me informed about any critical decisions and their timeline. They did a marvelous job of fitting everything into the storage space.

This is by far the very best moving company I have ever used. From scheduling, contracts, billing, explaining any details or answering questions...what a team. I was notified 50 minutes before the movers arrival time. The crew were On time, Courteous & careful.This was a 2 stage move; today (8/13/24) was stage 2. I had 3 movers with each stage. 1)Giancarlo, Carlos & Hector. 2)Giancarlo, Hector & Miguel. Great guys, great move. Thanks to all for everything.

These guys were great! Very careful with furniture. They brought boxes even though I said I’d have it ready (it wasn’t ready in time) and they started helping me pack boxes. Never complained, did a great job and were very friendly. 10/10 would hire again.

Best team of movers. They showed up when they said. Andvwent right to work. They took so much care of all the valuables and paced our truck with care and properly for safety. I will recommend and use them every time I move. Or family moves.

On a hot, hot day, Tyler, Blaine, and Richie did a wonderful job, packing, moving, and delivering to a challenging location. They were a pleasure to work with and we would hire them again anytime , although we really hope not to move again for a long, long time!
