These guys showed up and were complete pros. Had to move some heavy items with flights of stairs and it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend this team. Everything from scheduling to move day communication was wonderful.

Richie and Alex handled my cross town move today and it was such a smooth and friendly experience. There were a couple of small wrenches thrown into the morning and they were both so flexible and easygoing about all of it. They were also super careful with all my stuff and fun to chat with as well. I’ll be recommending Redefyne for sure. Thanks Richie and Alex for making my move day so easy and efficient!

Tyler and Sam were fantastic! Super efficient and made sure everything was packed perfectly and carefully. I highly recommend them and Redefyne Moving. Every person I dealt with at the company was amazing including Saif, the person I scheduled with, and Tyler who called to confirm and remind me to review and sign the estimate.

From getting a quote and booking with Nancy, working through load weight concerns with Dylan, to working with Tyler and crew, our move was A plus. The 3 man packing crew, led by Blaine, were incredibly fast, friendly, professional and accommodating. They worked hard, asked questions appropriately and were so cooperative, it was like having a few friends in the house. We’re so glad we chose Redefyne!

UPDATE: I just used Redefyne again in 2026 and Tyler and Alex were amazing!!! Highly recommend. From 2025: Moving is stressful. Redefyne Moving & Storage eliminates that with their professional, highly skilled, and kind team members and customer-obsessed approach to move planning and execution. I recently moved house and seriously underestimated how much was squirreled away in my home and storage locker and another location. Trey, Miguel, and Richard developed a strategy to efficiently inventory and then pack my (complex) move - and all in short time!! Bailey and Dylan were also super helpful in planning and resourcing. The Redefyne team sets a new bar for high-quality customer service at a very reasonable price -- not to mention their super-kind crew members who actually make moving fun and not as stressful. I will use them for all my moves. Highly recommend!

Hector and juan were a pleasure to work with and took their time for me to make sure i wanted my furniture exactly where i wanted. They took great care with all my items!!! Thank you for excellent service and time.

Redefyne was able to accommodate our move with very short notice. They fit us in to their schedule and saved the day (and my back). Setting up the move was easy over the phone with a simple video walk through and our quote was more than reasonable for a local move. Hector and Richard arrived on time, with everything they needed and even though their third mover couldn't come that day, they got everything moved in one day with no problems or increased cost. We have a piano and fragile fish tank and heavy garden sculptures and big awkward woodworking saws, and canoes... they carried them all with a smile - literally. They were a pleasure to talk with during the day and accommodated all odd requests to help with things we had forgotten about. We have only lived in West Linn for a few months, so had to look on Facebook and ask coworkers for mover suggestions. Now it makes total sense that out of all of the varied individual suggestions we got, over half of them recommended Redefyne.

So this is a redo of my original review. IT was from my phone. This is the second time I have used a moving service. The first company destroyed my property and could've cared less. I will never use them again. Now REDEFYNE Moving was a completely different experience. They showed up on time, although coming from Portland to Vancouver in the am is kind of an easy drive. Done it a thousand times. But it was hit with 1.5 hr drive time. They wrapped all my stuff, showed respect, and the move went off with no issues or damage... I would def use them again to move.

Wow, I never knew moving could be this painless. Redefyne moved our home in one day and it was smooth and painless. I am nursing a hand injury, and my wife is pregnant, so we weren't able to help out much, but the guys took care of all of it. If I could give them 10 stars on here I would. Blane and Tyler were great, showed up to my shop, loaded up my clients tables and are moving them from Portland down to the Oregon coast. Quick and efficient and wrapped all the tables for safe delivery!

UPDATE: Thirds times a charm and let me tell ya I was just as impressed this time as I was times before! Blaine, Tyler, and Richard were amazing! They took kind and care of everything that was packed and moved to loading it into the truck. They are always so fun and professional. I’m very grateful to have found Redefyne. Always nothing but the best. I would use them again for any move! This was the second time that I’ve used Redefyne Moving, and Blaine, Richie and Richard did an amazing job! Always so professional, kind, and respectful. They were a great and fun team to have assigned to me and they worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner. They treated everything that was loaded into the truck with care. The communication level from the office to the crew, throughout the entire process, was above and beyond my expectations. We have moved so many times so far. This time’s moving experience is the best! Redefyne Moving & Storage provides excellent service for our long distance morning from Oregon to Washington. We ordered full service moving, including one day packing, second l day loading, and third day moving. They monitor moving process all the way and make flexible adjustments. Miguel and his crew members are so polite and hardworking. They are not just professional but kind and caring people. We are so grateful for them. They are the bestest of the bests!!!

Richard, Blaine, and Hector from Redefyne Moving were awesome! The whole process was easy. I submitted a request online for a quote, then spoke with Bailey on the phone about the details, and she was so helpful. The guys had to haul heavy furniture up multiple flights of stairs, and they did it all so fast! They also wrapped everything carefully in blankets, so nothing was damaged.
